[Returned]
Please pack the items in the same way as they were when they arrived, and fill in your information in the column for the customer on the enclosed collect slip, and call Sagawa Express for pickup.
Please make arrangements for return shipping within one week of arrival.

[Refund]
As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the amount of your deposit.
